Are you a law firm?+
No. We are a licensed administrative agency (행정사사무소) authorized under the Administrative Agents Act. We prepare permit/license documents and file them with the relevant government offices. We do not handle attorney work such as litigation, trials, or criminal defense.
Is the consultation free?+

Can I apply for a D-8 visa and set up a company at the same time?+
Yes. We handle FDI notification, incorporation registration, business registration, and the D-8 visa application as a one-stop service. A D-8 visa application is possible when you establish a corporation with an investment of KRW 100 million or more.
